Postcard Invitations (and other printed things)
GotPrint is the cheapest online printer that I have found thus far. For example, you can get 1,000 full color 4x6 postcards for $60 shipped (6 cents per postcard). We've had the best experience using their standard glossy and matte papers (the first two options they give you in their drop down menu). Here's an example of the invite card for our Christmas Eve service and our Christmas month schedule we printed last year using GotPrint:
Are you planning a community wide event this Christmas? Yard signs are a great alternative to an expensive billboard. We used a local company to print 2-sided, 1-color, 18" x 24" signs with stands. That company does not have a website, but A.G.E. Graphics offers a comparable price and comes recommended by Cleve Persinger.
Here's a picture of one of our signs:
We expected a lot of guests for our Christmas Eve service so we made sure to get a really good gift. We aimed to keep the cost of a gift under $5. We also asked local businesses to partner with us and donate coupons to go in the guest bags. Here's what we gave as a gift and where we got it.
You the option to get your logo printed on the bags through Nashville Wraps but you need to order a few weeks to a month in advance to have that done. Alternatives would be to get stickers with your logo or a custom stamp created with your logo. You get can stickers from GotPrint or any other online printer and we just ordered a custom stamp with our logo from Rubber Stamp Champ for a pretty inexpensive price.
So that's where we get stuff for Christmas. I hope that this post is helpful to you as you prepare for Christmas this year. Just in case you've missed my other Christmas posts, you can find them here:
