All good stories should give you a promise at the beginning.... A well told promise is like a pebble being pulled back in a slingshot and propels you forward through the story to the end.
Change is fundamental in story. If things go static, stories die.

 Andrew Stanton  is film director, screenwriter and producer with Pixar. Movies he's worked on include A Bug's LifeFinding NemoWALL-EJohn CarterToy Story and Monsters, Inc..
